I know, I switched to this whole evening posting thing….weird, right? Just trying to keep y’all on your toes….and accommodate my 5:30 wake up call now that I’m back at work!
Incidentally, I didn’t mean to make you wait all day to hear about this fun giveaway, but alas, it happened. But I promise that it was worth the wait!
(And before we jump into, I want to make my disclaimer crystal clear in light of my recent survey results: I was compensated by Sweet Relish to host this giveaway, but all opinions and stuff that I wrote below is my own.)
A few weeks ago I blogged about Sweet Relish, a company that allows you to create online lists of products that you can come back to later. As I mentioned, I’ve been using the site to help keep track of new home decor and kitchen items that I’m eyeballing for when I move in a few months. Unfortunately for my wallet, the lists are getting pretty long!
Sweet Relish took a look at my hobbies and sent me a box of goodies that they thought I would be interested in:
1. Freaker USA Water Bottle Sweater – a water bottle insulator that looks like a little sweater. See how mine kinda looks like an old school table cloth for camping?
2. Raw Elements Sunscreen – all natural sunscreen to keep my face nice and young looking even though I play in the sunshine all the time. Will and I wore it during our avi course the other weekend and both of us walked away with zero sunburn.
3. Cablz Adjustable Eyewear Straps – retention straps for your glasses that’s made with surgical steel instead of the same materials that other companies use
4. Stuffitts Drying Insert for a Helmet – an insert that goes inside my cycling or or skiing helmet after I’m done using it. It helps soak up all the smells and sweat! Very curious to see how this sucker works during cycling season—y’all, my helmet stinks.
5. The Real Deal hat – a baseball hat from Brazil, completely made from recycled Brazilian truck tarps
Of all the products in my goody box, the hat was definitely my favorite! I wore it on my run this past weekend, and while it’s definitely a little more rough and heavier than other hats, I love that it’s made from recycled materials. I figure if the tarp can handle flapping around in the back of a truck with the Brazilian sun beating on it, then it should make a great cover for my big ol’ noggin, right?!
Um, photo repeat. Yes, I realize I used this on Monday but it’s the only photo I took of me wearing the hat on Sunday! Plus, Tals is cute so it’s fine.
So, do you want to win a box like this for yourself? Leave a comment below, telling me which product you’d most like to try. For a bonus entry, tweet about the giveaway (include my handle so I can see!) and include a second comment. Good luck!
Giveaway will be open until Sunday, March 24. The winner will be announced and notified on Monday, the 25th.
