Just a Colorado Gal

Cheerleaders, Marching Bands and Break Dancers

Obviously, y’all know I spent the afternoon down in Denver with Premier Protein. I knew that I was in for some fun surprises and free goodies, but I wasn’t quite expecting to see the moments of good energy (as Premier Protein has dubbed them) that they had on tap!

Break dancers:

It was pretty bananas! Behind all of the acts was the eight-foot tall replica of Premier Protein, termed the Human Charging Station (HCS). Bystanders could walk up to the replica, choose a button to select either a bar or shake, and a hand would shoot out of the bottle and dispense the goods. I’ll own it—I freaked out when I walked up to it at first because I didn’t realize that there was a REAL man inside of the tower and the human hand totally caught me off guard!

I don’t know where the HCS is heading next, but I do know they’re making surprise stops around Denver over the next couple of weeks. If you want to swing by and catch them, they will be at 13 South Broadway (corner of South Broadway and Ellsworth) tomorrow. I won’t be there, but I know the HCS will be fully stocked with bars and shakes, so you should definitely swing by to say hi!
