Whew! So I went up to Steamboat this past weekend for a friend’s wedding–the last of the season!–and had an awesome time. It was definitely the most fun I’ve had in the Boat in a bit and the wedding was beautiful. Unfortunately, winter started showing her happy little icy face and the wedding had to make some last minute changes. Everything was moved indoors to hide from the frigid downpour of snow and rain. Nevertheless, our awesome group of friends prevailed and we all danced late into the night. My feet killed the next day from dancing so hard in those high heels!

In other news, I am officially into my new house. I love the house and it is nice having so much space after a one-bedroom apartment. However, not sure how I feel about city living! Walking Tals down the city streets in the morning is so different when compared to cruising through the open space with the coyotes. Plus I feel like I still drive to the suburbs for work and the gym so I wonder if I’ll ever be able to settle in….only time will tell I suppose!
