Ok, seriously. I don’t know how carefully any of y’all looked at my pics that I posted from my weekend with the Texans, but I think we need to take a closer look! I put a few of them up on my facebook page, and almost immediately after I posted them, one of Patrick’s friends left a comment, saying that there IS A BEAR IN THE BACKGROUND OF MY PICTURE!!!

I’m having a hard time telling. It does kinda look like a bear, but I can’t tell if it is just a darkened tree branch. Here is the normal pic again so you can see it without my circle overlay:

Ok, so the kicker of the situation is this: the ridgeline where the “bear” is pictured is also known bear area. In fact, they even had a bunch of signs posted at that particular trail, warning people of the bears in the area and saying that one had been sighted last week or something. Sooooo….. what do you think?
Did I accidentally get a picture of a bear? Or is it just a fancy tree shadow?!
