Let’s face it: with the holiday season quickly approaching, a lot of sweet and delicious food is headed our way! Whether it’s Halloween candy (or candy apples! yum!) or 10 lbs. of food at Thanksgiving, most people are looking for motivation to get some serious workouts in and keep the weight off (or down!) during these food-filled months. That’s why I was excited to see this challenge going on over at RunToTheFinish: the Holiday Booty Buster Challenge.
Basically, everyone that plays keeps track of their workout and certain points are added for each type of workout. It’s all explained in her blog. The person with the most points at the end wins! In short, it sounds like a great way to stay motivated and make some of the workouts fun. I just heard about, but I signed up because I’m curious enough to give it a try! You should come play too!
