Happy Fourth of July y’all!

I debated sharing my latest and greatest long run attempt with everyone, but I think I’ll save that for later this week. Instead, in the spirit of the holiday, I decided to spread a little LOVE around.

Get it? Get it? Do you see what I did there?!

Awhile back, Maddy from Love Grown Foods contacted me and offered to send me the package of goodness pictured above. Naturally, I said yes in approximately 4.68 seconds. Not only do I already eat Love Grown granola as cereal (ahem, the chocolate is delicious!) and use it in my modified peanut butter protein bars, but Love Grown is a local Colorado company.

Now, y’all know how I feel about supporting local businesses! 


 The best part is that Maddy agreed to send one of you guys an equally good box of deliciousness!

One reader will receive:

  • Two 12-oz bags of Love Grown Granola in the flavor of their choice
  • Five one-oz bags (one of each flavor)
  • Additional bling, magnets, coupons, etc.

    I love food and I love supporting local business. Even if local means the state I used to live in. I just bought a ton of greek yogurt on sale and it needs a topping!

    I’ve never tried Love Grown but have heard so many great things about their granola, especially the chocolate! One of my favorite breakfasts and snacks is yogurt, fruit and granola and would love to try Love Grown. Also love that they are a local small business.

    Huzzah huzzah, you know how I love to eat local! This sounds so delicious, and like something both Niko and I would love to try. I’d love to support a great local Colorado company – have you ever tried Boulder Granola? They’re really fantastic, and as the name implies, they’re based out of Boulder. You may have seen their painted bright orange VW van driving around town. 🙂

    I’d love to try this granola, because it’d be the perfect compliment to my local (Tallahassee) vanilla agave yogurt I just bought from one of my favorite farms! 🙂
