I debated sharing my latest and greatest long run attempt with everyone, but I think I’ll save that for later this week. Instead, in the spirit of the holiday, I decided to spread a little LOVE around.

Awhile back, Maddy from Love Grown Foods contacted me and offered to send me the package of goodness pictured above. Naturally, I said yes in approximately 4.68 seconds. Not only do I already eat Love Grown granola as cereal (ahem, the chocolate is delicious!) and use it in my modified peanut butter protein bars, but Love Grown is a local Colorado company.
Now, y’all know how I feel about supporting local businesses!
