I was talking to an old friend on facebook today and she was telling me about how she really wants to take off and go traveling. Uproot her life for a bit and try something new…but she is a little nervous. Of course, being the person that I am, I was like, “Just do it! You’ll never regret the experiences you encounter.” She laughed, and I felt the urge to share with her one of my fave Nike quotes (I love Nike quotes!) from the early 90s:
