Win a Free Month of CorePower Yoga!

Who wants to win an entire month of free CorePower Yoga?!!

Seriously y’all, when the CorePower gang emailed me awhile back about this opportunity, I was pretty psyched. Regardless of the sport, most athletes know they should yoga-cize more frequently and I’ve never met an individual who didn’t like CorePower. Truthfully, the cost is what deters most, but I’ve got that all taken care of since one of you is about to win a free month!

Truthfully, I’m a bit envious because I’m a huge CorePower gal. I don’t have a monthly membership but I drop in occasionally to take classes like Yoga Sculpt and CPRyder. Typically I end up leaving the studio dripping wet and slightly mortified because I just got my ass handed to me, but I guess that’s the point…right?!

I’ll be checking out Yoga on the Rocks this Saturday and I’m really looking forward to it. You’ve likely seen photos, but if not, just imagine this: sunrise yoga at Red Rocks, the famed outdoor amphitheater! If you want to join, check out the link and register; we can talk yoga together!

Giveaway will close at midnight on Sunday, August 10. Good luck!

I love CPY. I was devastated when I moved out east and had to leave them behind, but they recently started opening them up all over DC! It’s like they knew ;). I haven’t been getting around to it as much lately, but when I’m in the swing of things, I usually do 2-3x a week.

Side note – CPY has a great “yoga for trade” program…it’s a deal where you work on their cleaning crew for two hours once a week and in exchange you get free unlimited yoga. I used to do it when I was a student in Colorado and then again here in DC for a while until my work/home schedule dictated otherwise. It’s a GREAT program, though!

I wish I did yoga more. I am reminded of how good it makes me feel, but initiating it has been hard while running my business.
I want to make it a priority!

I try to practice yoga at least twice a week! I am always training for a marathon, so I think it’s really good to have some dedicated time to focus on my breath and stretching. I would love to try out Corepower! 🙂

I really love yoga and what it does for my body. I try to practice at home at lease twice a week, but with a free month of group yoga, it would be amazing to go every day!
